Because although you reinstalled the software, the database was not restored;

Our computer operating system is broken and I need to reinstall the system, so what do I need to do with the water sales software first?

Before reinstalling the system, you need to back up the software database. After the system is reinstalled, you can restore the database. If you are not clear about the specific operation of backing up the database, you can refer to the software operation instructions attached to the CD or call the customer service number 0571-88912582. We have dedicated technicians to help you.

Our software was working fine yesterday, why can't I access it now?

Please check whether the SOL server is turned on and working properly. The SQL server is in the lower right corner of the computer screen. It is a small rectangular block with a small triangle below. Green means normal operation and red means stopped operation.

My family just bought water, why is there no water coming out of the water meter after just a few days?

A

Operate the user card correctly to see if the water meter valve can be opened; If the valve is opened at this time, there are two possibilities ①The remaining amount is lower than the alarm water volume. You can go to the management center to ask whether the water meter alarm volume is set too high in the software. The water meter in the alarm state only needs to operate the user card to open the valve for water use; ②The last purchased water volume was not imported into the water meter normally. The recharge amount is normally imported into the water meter: During the card insertion process, the water meter will show the purchase amount, accumulation and remaining amount. The purchase amount is the water volume imported by the card this time, and the remaining amount is the amount imported by the card this time and the remaining amount in the meter before the card is inserted; For specific operations, please refer to the product manual.

The water meter user cards of two households here were mixed up. Now the user cards of both households cannot be used normally. What should I do?

A

Hardware solution: swap the meters of the two houses; Software solution: create two meter reading cards and one clearing card in the water sales software of the management center, export the data of the water meters respectively, clear the data in the meter with the clearing card, and then insert the meter reading card into the other water meter to import the data.
